These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the Lost Pet Recovery System ID, provided by Revenue Recovery Systems LLC, located at 1414 7th Ave N., Grand Forks, ND 58203. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Due to the highly customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Custom Programming: Each tag is individually programmed and linked to your specific contact information immediately upon order processing. Because of this custom integration, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made.
Commitment to Quality: We stand by our craftsmanship. If your tag arrives physically damaged or fails to function due to a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, please contact us at the emails listed below for a replacement.
The Lost Pet Recovery System ID is marketed as "ND Tough" and "Indestructible" under standard domestic pet use conditions.
Limitations: While the tag is built to withstand extreme weather, mud, and typical pet activity, it is not a substitute for proper pet supervision. Revenue Recovery Systems LLC is not liable for damage caused by intentional misuse, industrial machinery, or extreme cases beyond the scope of a pet's daily life.
Wear and Tear: Hardware can eventually wear. Owners are encouraged to inspect the attachment bands and tag integrity periodically to ensure the device remains secure.
The Lost Pet Recovery System ID is a recovery aid, not a recovery guarantee.
Third-Party Action: The system requires a third party (a "finder") to have a functioning smartphone and the willingness to tap the tag to initiate contact.
Liability Limitation: Revenue Recovery Systems LLC shall not be held liable for any costs, emotional distress, or damages resulting from a lost pet, even if the tag was present on the animal at the time of disappearance. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of a defective physical tag.
You acknowledge that this product utilizes Passive NFC (Near Field Communication) technology. It does not contain a battery, GPS chip, or cellular transmitter. It does not provide real-time location tracking or "pinging" capabilities without a physical tap from a smartphone.
By activating your tag, you understand that your provided phone number and/or contact details will be visible to any individual who taps the tag with a smartphone. This public disclosure is the intended functionality of the recovery system.
